  • Recognizing your personal stress and energy patterns
  • Strengthening emotional self-regulation under pressure
  • Developing clarity in complex situations
  • Reconnecting with your body as a source of intelligence

Curriculum

Daily Progression

SHIN | RECHARGE follows a structured progression from awareness to action. Across four days you move through slowing down, sensing, regulating, realigning and translating insight into embodied decision capacity.

Arrival · Regulation · Orientation

Goal / Outcome: Establish a clear baseline by downshifting the nervous system, releasing accumulated tension, and developing honest awareness of what is actually present. You arrive into regulation, orientation, and grounded presence.

15:00 – 17:00

Arrival & Check-in: Arrival at the chalet, settling into the environment, orientation in space, and transition from external demands into the retreat field.

17:00 – 18:30

Nervous System Reset: Qi Gong based regulation, breathwork, body scanning, and gentle movement practices to release tension and establish grounded awareness.

18:30 – 20:00

Opening & Integration Circle: Introduction to the SHIN framework, exploration of personal starting states, and alignment within the group field. Establishment of intention and shared orientation for the retreat.

20:00

Dinner, Recovery & Connection: Light, nourishing evening meal supporting downshift and integration. The evening remains open for rest, informal connection, or quiet reflection.

Regulation · Structure · Embodiment

Goal / Outcome: Clarity emerges through regulation, structure, and conscious action. Participants begin transforming awareness into embodied capability by learning how posture, movement, and attention influence decision-making. The day culminates in immersive field training on the Hohneck plateau, where natural terrain becomes a training partner.

07:30 – 08:45

Morning Regulation & Grounding: Begin the day with Qi Gong, breathwork, grounding exercises, and Five Element awareness. This morning practice develops stability, focus, and a calm internal state before entering the day's training.

08:45 – 09:30

Breakfast & Activation: A simple morning intake designed to stabilize energy and support clear activation. Coffee & tea (optional, mindful use), protein-based foundation (e.g. eggs, yoghurt), light fats, nuts, seeds or fruit as support.

09:30 – 12:30

Embodiment Foundation Training: Develop body awareness through the principles of Kamae, Junan Taiso, and Kihon. Participants explore how posture influences emotional state, how movement reflects intention, and how structure creates clarity under changing conditions through guided partner exercises and embodied learning.

12:30 – 14:00

Lunch & Silence Window: Enjoy a warm seasonal lunch prepared to nourish both body and mind. Simple, balanced meals featuring vegetables, grains, legumes, and light proteins support recovery and sustained energy. The meal is followed by a period of intentional silence, allowing physical digestion while integrating the experiences of the morning without distraction.

14:00 - 18:00

Hohneck Embodiment Field I (incl. Transfer, Ascent & Descent): Immersive training in the Hohneck mountain environment, including the ascent and descent as part of the embodied practice. Within the plateau landscape, participants engage in Ninjutsu embodiment training integrating Kamae, Taisabaki, spatial awareness, environmental perception, and terrain-based decision-making. The natural environment becomes an active training field for clarity, presence, and adaptive response under real conditions.

18:00 - 19:00

Integration Circle: Gather as a group to reflect on the day's experiences, identify emerging behavioural patterns, and translate embodied learning into practical insights. The session closes the training day with clarity and prepares participants for restorative recovery.

20:00

Dinner, Recovery & Connection: A light, nourishing dinner supports physical recovery and relaxed conversation. The evening remains intentionally unscheduled, allowing space for rest, personal reflection, or meaningful connection with fellow participants.

Presence · Pressure · Resilience

Goal / Outcome: Strengthen stability under pressure and relational influence. Develop embodied resilience through dynamic interaction with environment, group, and self-regulation under load.

07:00 – 07:45

Morning Regulation Practice: Focused Qi Gong, breathwork, and mobility to prepare the nervous system for mountain-based training.

07:45 – 08:30

Breakfast, Activation & Stability: Light, stable breakfast supporting focused energy and readiness for field work.

09:00 – 12:30

Hohneck Embodiment Field II (incl. Transfer, Ascent & Descent): Return to the Hohneck plateau, including ascent and descent as integrated parts of the training experience. Advanced embodiment practice builds on day 2, focusing on adaptive movement, timing, relational awareness, pressure stability, and embodied leadership in dynamic terrain. The emphasis shifts from perception to sustained presence under increasing complexity.

12:30 – 14:00

Lunch & Silence Window: Warm, nourishing lunch followed by silence for nervous system recovery and integration.

14:00 – 16:30

Integration Lab: Structured reflection and embodiment integration. Participants translate physical experience into behavioural insight, identify patterns under pressure, and develop practical transfer strategies for real-life contexts.

16:30 – 17:30

Integration & Closing Circle: Closure of the active training arc. Reflection, personal commitments, and consolidation of learning before transition into recovery.

19:00

Dinner, Recovery & Connection: Light dinner supporting recovery, relaxation, and informal connection. Evening remains open and unscheduled.

Integration · Simplicity · Transfer

Goal / Outcome: Distil the recharge experience into a sustainable personal practice. Create clarity for integration into daily life and reduce internal complexity under pressure.

07:30 – 08:45

Deep Regulation Practice: Final Qi Gong and embodied awareness practice to consolidate regulation capacity and stabilize the system.

08:45 – 09:30

Breakfast, Activation & Stability: Final shared breakfast supporting steady energy for the closing day.

09:30 – 11:30

Integration Practice: Development of individual practice frameworks combining movement, awareness, and regulation. Identification of personal triggers and stabilizing principles for daily life.

11:30 – 12:00

Closing Circle & Checkout Preparation: Final reflection, extraction of key insights, and preparation for departure. Checkout and departure follow immediately after closure.

12:00

Departure: Return to daily life with a clear internal system, embodied awareness, and practical tools for sustained regulation and presence.

about

SHIN | CoVentures

SHIN | CoVentures supports people who carry a lot of weight on their shoulders in turning reflection into action. Our work combines co-creation, mentoring and embodied self-leadership to help individuals and organizations gain clarity, strengthen resilience and move through complexity with greater precision.

Our approach uses direct psychosomatic feedback to connect body, mind and context. This allows participants to experience leadership patterns in real time — and to develop new ways of acting with authenticity, presence and impact. We believe transformation becomes sustainable when it is not only understood intellectually, but experienced physically, emotionally and strategically.
