SHIN Venture Acceleration Sprint

From your expertise to a market-tested offer.

You have a concrete B2B idea, initial client work or an early business model — on your own or as a founder duo. Now you want to understand who your offer truly matters to, what shape it needs to take and whether the market is willing to pay for it.

In six weeks, you will develop a focused offer, test it in 5–10 real customer conversations and turn what you learn into a committed 90-day go-to-market plan.

6 weeks · individual or founder duo · 5–10 customer conversations · concrete offer test

25 minutes · free · no obligation

YOUR STARTING POINT

A good idea is not yet a viable offer.

Perhaps you already know the field in which you want to build something. You bring experience, professional substance and a concrete idea. There may even be initial enquiries or client work. Yet it remains unclear which audience to address first, which problem is genuinely urgent and how to turn your expertise into an offer people understand and are willing to buy.

It is easy to move straight to the next layer: a name, website, service portfolio, legal structure or business plan. But while the decisive assumptions remain untested with real prospective customers, more planning mostly creates more complexity — not greater certainty.

The Venture Acceleration Sprint moves your idea out of your head and into the market. Not through a premature launch, but through a focused process of learning and decision-making: listen, sharpen, offer, evaluate the response and consciously choose the next move.

  • I have relevant expertise, but my offer is still too broad.
  • I see a concrete problem, but I do not yet understand my first target audience well enough.
  • I have initial client work and want to turn it into a repeatable offer.
  • I spend a great deal of time thinking about positioning and price without testing either in reality.
  • We have a shared idea as a founder duo, but need focus and a robust way forward.
You do not need the perfect business plan first. You need a clear offer, real conversations and the courage to test your assumptions against reality.
WHAT WILL BE IN PLACE AFTER SIX WEEKS

Not a perfect business model. An offer that creates real signals.

The Sprint does not promise a finished business in six weeks. It brings you to the point where you can decide on the basis of real market responses, develop your offer with greater precision and move through the next 90 days with commitment.

01

A clear venture focus

A concise Venture Map bringing together your relevant expertise, key assumptions, conscious market position and a clear focus for validation.

02

A prioritised target audience

A concrete Ideal Customer Profile: reachable, relevant and focused enough to genuinely test the problem, language and offer.

03

A tested customer problem

A differentiated view of urgency, existing alternatives, buying barriers and the language prospective customers use to describe the problem themselves.

04

A concrete pilot offer

A clear value proposition and a focused offer with a defined outcome, format, scope boundaries and a reasoned pricing logic.

05

Credible market signals

Documented insights from 5–10 real customer conversations and at least one concrete offer test — such as a pilot invitation, pricing conversation or actual proposal.

06

A path into the market

A concise Business Model Blueprint, credible sales story, prioritised acquisition channels and a committed 90-day go-to-market roadmap.

“Market-tested” does not mean that revenue or customer acquisition is guaranteed. It means your most important assumptions no longer appear plausible only internally; they have met real responses through customer conversations and a concrete offer test.

HOW WE WORK

Insight alone does not build a venture.

Truth. Clarity. Devotion. Now. describes what develops. REFLECT — EMBODY — TRANSFORM describes how we move that development into practice together.

01 · REFLECT

Face reality. Make assumptions visible.

We examine your expertise, target audience, problem hypothesis, motivation and real constraints honestly. Customer conversations are not there to confirm your idea. They help reveal what truly matters — and what was merely a plausible assumption.

02 · EMBODY

Take a position. Hold resonance and resistance.

You practise articulating your offer clearly, listening without immediately defending it, naming a price and remaining present and able to act when you encounter uncertainty or rejection.

03 · TRANSFORM

Turn learning into offer and action.

Insights become decisions: sharpen the target audience, adapt the offer and price, test again and take the next 90 days into the market with clear priorities.

Strategic sparring, embodiment and real-world market validation work together — not as a rigid sequence, but as a recurring movement.
EMBODIED ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Market feedback is not a verdict on you. It is information for your next move.

Building a venture demands more than analysis. Becoming visible, taking a clear position, naming a price, listening closely and acting without complete certainty are embodied capabilities.

Short Ninjutsu-inspired practices involving attention, breath and movement make visible how you respond to uncertainty, pressure or resistance. This is neither athletic performance nor a mystical approach. It is about acting more consciously when a conversation moves in an unexpected direction, a price meets resistance or a familiar idea needs to be released.

That is why we work not only on the business model, but also on the stance from which you bring it into the market.

THE PROCESS

Six weeks from hypothesis to market test.

The Sprint combines intensive work together with your own execution in the market. The steps build on one another, while remaining deliberately adaptable to what real-world evidence reveals.

  1. 01

    Venture Assessment & Kick-off

Approx. 3.5 hours · remote or in person by agreement
We clarify your expertise, business idea, motivation, resources and key assumptions. From this, we define a shared Sprint objective, an initial Venture Map and a concrete validation plan.

  2. 02

    Market Focus

    Focused remote working session
We prioritise potential audiences, examine the market and alternatives, and sharpen your Ideal Customer Profile and hypotheses for the first conversations.

  3. 03

    Customer Discovery

Focused remote working session plus real customer conversations
You conduct structured conversations with prospective customers. Together, we evaluate which problem genuinely matters, how urgent it feels, what solutions are already used and which buying barriers exist.

  4. 04

    Offer & Pricing

Focused remote working session plus a concrete offer test
We translate what you have learned into a clear value proposition, focused pilot offer and reasoned pricing logic. You then bring that offer into a concrete market interaction.

  5. 05

    Business Model & Sales Story

    Focused remote working session
We consolidate the business model, articulate a credible sales story and prioritise the acquisition channels through which you can realistically reach your first or next customers.

  6. 06

    Decision & Go-to-Market Review

    Final review session
We assess the market signals without embellishment. You make a conscious decision: continue, adapt or stop. From this, we build your committed 90-day go-to-market roadmap with priorities, experiments and next decisions.

IS THE SPRINT RIGHT FOR YOU?

The Sprint is deliberately not designed for every founding situation.

The Sprint fits if …

  • you bring relevant professional or specialist expertise,
  • you have a concrete expertise-based B2B idea, initial client work or an early business model,
  • you are a fixed founder duo working on one shared venture,
  • you are willing to prioritise one target audience rather than address everyone at once,
  • you can commit 3–5 hours per week,
  • you are prepared to conduct 5–10 real conversations with prospective customers,
  • you want to test your offer and pricing assumptions concretely,
  • you are willing to turn feedback into decisions and action,
  • responsibility for market outreach and implementation remains with you.

The Sprint does not fit if …

  • you still need to decide whether self-employment or venture building is the right path at all,
  • you have only a loose idea without relevant expertise or personal commitment,
  • you want to avoid customer conversations and work solely on the concept,
  • you expect a finished business, website, brand or sales materials to be created for you,
  • you require a complete business plan for a bank, funding body or investors,
  • you are looking for legal, tax or incorporation advice,
  • you expect guaranteed customers, revenue or financing,
  • fundamental role or relationship conflicts within a founder duo need to be resolved first,
  • you want to scale or transform an already established organisation.

If your direction is not yet clear, the SHIN Transition Sprint is the better fit. If your organisation already has traction and growth, leadership or execution is blocked, your topic belongs in the SHIN Scale & Transformation Partnership.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What you may want to know before we talk.

Do I need to have incorporated already?

No. What matters is not formal incorporation, but that you bring relevant expertise and a concrete B2B idea, initial client work or an early business model. Legal structure and formal incorporation are not part of the Sprint.

How developed does my business idea need to be?

You do not need a finished offer. It should, however, be more than a loose possibility: you can describe the expertise you bring, the problem you believe exists and the market in which you want to build something. If the fundamental direction is still open, the Transition Sprint is the better entry point.

Can I enter directly at Stage 2?

Yes. The three Co-Creation offers are different entry points, not a mandatory sequence. If your venture direction is concrete enough and you are prepared to test it in the market, you can begin directly with the Venture Acceleration Sprint.

Is the Sprint suitable for founder duos?

Yes. A fixed founder duo of no more than two people can participate together. Both work on the same venture, attend the sessions together and remain responsible for one shared outcome. Parallel individual coaching or resolving fundamental partner conflicts is not included.

What happens during the kick-off?

During the approximately 3.5-hour Venture Assessment and kick-off, we clarify your expertise, idea, motivation, resources and key assumptions. We define the Sprint objective and validation plan. The kick-off takes place remotely or in person by agreement.

What do 5–10 real customer conversations and an offer test mean?

You speak with people who genuinely match your prioritised target audience. The conversations explore the problem, urgency, language, existing alternatives and buying barriers. In addition, you bring your concrete offer into at least one real decision situation — for example through a pilot invitation, pricing conversation or actual proposal. Positive but non-committal feedback alone is not a market test.

What happens if the market feedback challenges my original idea?

Then the Sprint has fulfilled an important purpose. We examine the signals clearly and decide whether the target audience, problem, offer or price should change — or whether a conscious stop is the wiser decision. The objective is not validation at any cost, but a viable decision.

How much time should I plan between sessions?

In addition to the shared sessions, plan for approximately 3–5 hours per week. You will need this time for preparation, customer conversations, offer tests and the agreed implementation. Without this real-world work, the Sprint cannot deliver its intended outcome.

What support do I receive between sessions?

We agree on one shared communication channel per venture. You send one short structured progress update per week and may ask brief clarification or embodiment questions related to the agreed Sprint steps. Up to two additional 20-minute check-ins are also included across the full Sprint. SHIN generally responds within two working days. Permanent on-demand availability, additional workshops and extensive document editing are not included.

Will I receive a complete business plan or finished website?

No. You develop a concise, testable Business Model Blueprint — not a comprehensive planning document for banks, funding bodies or investors. Website creation, branding, legal, tax and incorporation advice, and done-for-you sales are also outside the scope.

Does the Sprint guarantee initial customers or revenue?

No. No credible process can guarantee another person's buying decision. The Sprint improves the quality of your assumptions, offer and next actions. Whether these lead to customers and revenue also depends on the market, the offer, your execution and the decisions of prospective customers.

How is the Venture Acceleration Sprint different from the Transition Sprint?

The Transition Sprint helps you decide whether and where you want to move professionally. The Venture Acceleration Sprint assumes a concrete venture direction and helps you test whether it can become a viable market offer.

What does “Founding Client Edition” mean?

This is the first delivery of the newly packaged offer and is limited to two pilot ventures. Participants commit to active involvement and structured feedback at the end. A public testimonial or case study is not automatically part of that commitment.

What happens during the introductory call?

In 25 minutes, we discuss your starting point, venture, expectations and willingness to engage in real market validation. You gain a clear view of the process, and we explore mutual fit. The call is free and comes with no obligation.
