How we work

  1. A preparatory assessment helps us understand your starting point.
  2. We explore your options in the in-person intensive. We agree on the location together.
  3. Three remote sessions develop your direction, decision and execution. Between sessions, you test assumptions through agreed real-world experiments.

Personal guidance, your Transition Map and individual self-leadership and embodiment practices are included. You contribute active participation and time for the work between sessions.

Travel, venue or extraordinary additional costs will be discussed transparently in advance.

Strategic and personal sparring, alongside structured work between sessions, supports the process. We adapt our approach based on real market feedback.

Potential outputs: Executive Transition Map; executive profile with CV, LinkedIn and conversation materials; target-market and executive-search mapping; network activation plan; preparation for interviews and negotiations. The selection depends on your needs.

Duration, intensity, availability, specific services and investment are agreed individually. Personal content remains confidential; sharing it with a sponsoring employer requires your knowledge and agreement.

Embodiment in practice: The Sprint uses short, Ninjutsu-inspired exercises involving movement, breath and attention. In the Executive engagement, body- and awareness-based practices are used selectively where they support your process; martial-arts training is not required.

No. Tell us about your situation. Together, we explore which support fits. You can contact us directly at info@shin-coventures.com. The two formats can be booked independently.

Transition SprintDo I already need to know whether I want to become self-employed?

No. Self-employment is one possible direction. We also explore paths within your existing career or in a new role.

Transition SprintHow much time should I plan between sessions?

You need additional time for reflection and agreed real-world experiments. We discuss the expected commitment in the introductory conversation and tailor the practical steps to your situation. Active participation is part of the Sprint.

Transition SprintWhat does the Sprint provide, and what is outside its scope?

We work with you to develop a career direction, test important assumptions in practice and translate your decision into a 90-day plan. The Sprint is not a career placement service or purely start-up consulting. It does not promise complete professional reinvention or a fully built business within five weeks.

Executive TransitionIs this a placement service, and which outcomes are guaranteed?

You receive the individually agreed support for direction, positioning and market activation. SHIN is not a recruitment or placement agency. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, introductions to companies or recruiters, executive-search access, specific salary outcomes or employment within a fixed timeframe. We agree on specific services and work products together before the engagement begins.

Executive TransitionCan my employer sponsor the engagement?

Yes. A current or former employer may fund the engagement as part of a professional transition, separation or outplacement arrangement. Administrative reporting and any substantive information-sharing are agreed transparently in advance. Personal content is shared only with your knowledge and agreement.

Executive TransitionIs the engagement limited to finding another corporate leadership role?

No. Industry transitions, advisory work, portfolio careers or entrepreneurship may also be relevant. Selected Venture Acceleration elements and additional venture-building work are scoped individually where needed.
